  1. Visit DigiTunnel’s official website and navigate to the Downloads section.
  2. Select Windows OS and click Download.
  3. Once the file is downloaded, double-click to run the installer.

Run the Installer:

  • Locate the downloaded file and double-click to initiate the installation.
  • If you encounter a "Windows protected your PC" message, click More info, then select Run anyway. This prompt appears because Windows doesn't recognize the app yet.
  • Launch DigiTunnel from your desktop.

Note: Ensure that your Windows Firewall or Antivirus is not blocking the installation.

After installing:

  1. Open DigiTunnel.
  2. Enter your registered email & password.
  3. Click Login.
  4. If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the verification code sent to your email.

Troubleshooting Login Issues:

  • Make sure you entered the correct email and password.
  • If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" and follow the reset steps.
  • If login fails multiple times, wait a few minutes before retrying.

To connect to a VPN server:

  1. Open DigiTunnel and go to the Server List.
  2. Choose your preferred location from the available countries.

  4. Wait for the connection to establish. Once connected, your IP address will change.

How to switch locations:

  • Disconnect from the current server.
  • Choose a different country or city.
  • Click Connect again.

Tip: For better speed, select a server closest to your physical location.

VPN protocols affect speed and security. To switch:

  1. Open DigiTunnel.
  2. Navigate to Settings > VPN Protocol.
  3. Choose one of the following:
    • WireGuard (Fastest & secure)
    • OpenVPN - UDP (Better speed)
    • OpenVPN - TCP (More stable)
    • IKEv2/IPSec (Best for mobile)

Click Apply Changes and reconnect to a VPN server.

If you’re unable to connect:

  1. Check your internet – Make sure you have an active internet connection.
  2. Switch VPN protocols – Try changing from WireGuard to OpenVPN (TCP or UDP).
  3. Restart DigiTunnel – Close the app and restart your computer.
  4. Check for server issues – Some servers may be temporarily down.
