How to install DigiTunnel on macOS:

  1. Visit DigiTunnel’s official website and go to the Downloads section.
  2. Click Download for macOS.
  3. Open the downloaded .DMG file.
  4. Drag and drop the DigiTunnel app into the Applications folder.
  5. Open DigiTunnel from Launchpad.
  6. If you get a security warning, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Allow DigiTunnel.

Note: If macOS asks for admin permissions, enter your Mac login password.


Once installed:

  1. Open DigiTunnel from Applications.
  2. Enter your registered email & password.
  3. Click Login.
  4. If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the verification code.


Troubleshooting Login Issues:

  • Double-check your email and password.
  • If needed, click "Forgot Password" to reset.
  • If login fails, wait a few minutes and try again.


To connect:

  1. Open DigiTunnel and go to the Server List.
  2. Choose your desired country.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Once connected, you’ll see a green status indicator.


How to switch locations:

  • Click Disconnect.
  • Choose a new location and click Connect.


Tip: Select a server closer to your location for better speed.


To change VPN protocols:

  1. Open DigiTunnel.
  2. Click Settings > VPN Protocol.
  3. Choose from:
    • WireGuard (Fastest & secure)
    • OpenVPN - UDP (Faster speeds)
    • OpenVPN - TCP (More stable)
    • IKEv2/IPSec (Best for macOS)


Click Apply Changes and reconnect.


If you cannot connect:

  1. Check your internet – Ensure you have a stable connection.
  2. Restart DigiTunnel – Close and reopen the app.
  3. Switch VPN protocols – Try OpenVPN or IKEv2.
  4. Check for server downtime – Some locations may be temporarily unavailable.
  5. Allow VPN in macOS Firewall:
    • Go to System Settings > Network > VPN > DigiTunnel.
    • Ensure it's enabled.


Still not working? Restart your Wi-Fi router and try again.


To improve speed:

  1. Choose a closer server.
  2. Switch to WireGuard or OpenVPN (UDP).
  3. Disable unnecessary apps using internet bandwidth.
  4. Restart your Mac and router.


For the best performance, consider using a Dedicated IP plan.


If you can’t log in:

  1. Check your credentials.
  2. Reset password – Click "Forgot Password".
  3. Update the app – Download the latest version from DigiTunnel’s website.
  4. Clear app cache:
    • Open Finder.
    • Go to ~/Library/Application Support/DigiTunnel/.
    • Delete cache files.


If your VPN disconnects frequently:

  1. Enable Auto-Reconnect in Settings.
  2. Switch to OpenVPN (TCP) for more stability.
  3. Use a wired connection if possible.
  4. Check for ISP restrictions – Some ISPs block VPNs.


If streaming doesn’t work:

  1. Use a streaming-optimized server (if available).
  2. Clear browser cache: Open Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All.
  3. Disable WebRTC leaks – Use a Safari extension like WebRTC Leak Prevent.
  4. Check your subscription – Ensure your DigiTunnel plan is active.
