How to install DigiTunnel on iPhone/iPad:

  1. Open the App Store on your iOS device.
  2. Search for DigiTunnel - Secure VPN.
  3. Tap Download and wait for the installation to complete.
  4. Open the DigiTunnel app.
  5. When prompted, grant VPN permissions to allow DigiTunnel to set up a VPN profile.


After installing:

  1. Open DigiTunnel.
  2. Enter your registered email & password.
  3. Tap Log In.
  4. If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the verification code.


Troubleshooting Login Issues:

  • Double-check your email and password.
  • If needed, tap "Forgot Password" to reset it.
  • If login fails multiple times, wait a few minutes before retrying.


To connect:

  1. Open DigiTunnel and go to the Server List.
  2. Select your preferred country.
  3. Tap Connect.
  4. Once connected, you will see a VPN icon in the status bar.


How to switch locations:

  • Tap Disconnect first.
  • Select a new location and tap Connect again.


Tip: Choose a closer server for faster speeds.


To change VPN protocols:

  1. Open DigiTunnel.
  2. Go to Settings > VPN Protocol.
  3. Choose from:
    • WireGuard (Fastest & secure)
    • OpenVPN - UDP (Faster speeds)
    • OpenVPN - TCP (More stable)
    • IKEv2/IPSec (Best for mobile)

4. Tap Apply Changes and reconnect.


f you cannot connect:

  1. Check your internet – Ensure you have an active internet connection.
  2. Restart DigiTunnel – Close and reopen the app.
  3. Switch VPN protocols – Try OpenVPN (TCP or UDP).
  4. Check for server downtime – Some locations may be temporarily unavailable.
  5. Allow VPN in iOS settings:
    • Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > VPN.
    • Ensure DigiTunnel is selected as the active VPN.


If the issue persists, contact DigiTunnel Support.


If you experience slow speeds:

  1. Choose a closer server.
  2. Switch to WireGuard or OpenVPN (UDP).
  3. Close background apps that use data.
  4. Restart your iPhone/iPad and Wi-Fi router.


For better performance, consider using a Dedicated IP plan.


f you can’t log in:

  1. Check your credentials.
  2. Reset password – Tap "Forgot Password" and follow the reset instructions.
  3. Clear app cache:
    • Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > DigiTunnel.
    • Tap Offload App and reinstall it from the App Store.

4. Update the app – Download the latest version from the App Store.


If your VPN disconnects frequently:

  1. Enable Auto-Reconnect in Settings.
  2. Switch to OpenVPN (TCP) for more stability.
  3. Disable Low Power Mode:
    • Go to Settings > Battery > Low Power Mode.
    • Ensure it is turned off.

4. Disable Wi-Fi Assist:

  • Go to Settings > Cellular > Wi-Fi Assist.
  • Turn it off.


If streaming doesn’t work:

  1. Use a streaming-optimized server (if available).
  2. Clear Safari cache: Open Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
  3. Enable Split Tunneling (if supported).
  4. Check your subscription – Ensure your DigiTunnel plan is active.
