How to install DigiTunnel on Android:

1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Search for DigiTunnel - Secure VPN.
3. Tap Install and wait for the app to download.
4. Once installed, open DigiTunnel.
5. If prompted, grant necessary permissions for VPN access.

After installing:

1. Open DigiTunnel.
2. Enter your registered email & password.
3. Tap Log In.
4. If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the verification code.

Troubleshooting Login Issues:

• Ensure your email and password are correct.
• If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the reset steps.
• If login fails, wait a few minutes before retrying.

To connect:

1. Open DigiTunnel and go to the Server List.
2. Select your preferred country.
3. Tap Connect.
4. Once connected, a VPN icon will appear in the status bar.

How to switch locations:

• Tap Disconnect first.
• Select a new location and tap Connect again.

Tip: Choose a server closer to your location for faster speeds.

To change VPN protocols:

1. Open DigiTunnel.
2. Go to Settings > VPN Protocol.
3. Choose one of the following:
   • WireGuard (Fastest & secure)
   • OpenVPN - UDP (Faster speeds)
   • OpenVPN - TCP (More stable)
   • IKEv2/IPSec (Best for mobile)

Tap Apply Changes and reconnect to the VPN.

If you cannot connect:

1. Check your internet – Ensure you have an active internet connection.
2. Restart DigiTunnel – Close and reopen the app.
3. Switch VPN protocols – Try OpenVPN (TCP or UDP).
4. Check for server downtime – Some locations may be temporarily down.
5. Disable battery optimization:
   • Go to Settings > Apps > DigiTunnel > Battery.
   • Set to "Unrestricted" or "Allow Background Activity".

6. Allow VPN in Android settings:

• Go to Settings > Network & Internet > VPN.
• Ensure DigiTunnel is enabled.

If the issue persists, contact DigiTunnel Support.

If you experience slow speeds:

1. Choose a closer server.
2. Switch to WireGuard or OpenVPN (UDP).
3. Close background apps that use data.
4. Restart your device and Wi-Fi router.

For better performance, consider using a Dedicated IP plan.

If you can’t log in:

1. Check your credentials.
2. Reset password – Tap "Forgot Password" and follow the reset instructions.
3. Clear app cache:
   • Go to Settings > Apps > DigiTunnel > Storage & Cache > Clear Cache.

4. Update the app – Download the latest version from Google Play Store.

If your VPN disconnects frequently:

1. Enable Auto-Reconnect in Settings.
2. Switch to OpenVPN (TCP) for more stability.
3. Disable battery optimization (see Step 6).
4. Use Wi-Fi instead of mobile data (some carriers block VPNs).

If streaming doesn’t work:

1. Use a streaming-optimized server (if available).
2. Clear browser cache:
   • Open Chrome > Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data.

3. Enable Split Tunneling (if supported).

4. Check your subscription – Ensure your DigiTunnel plan is active.
