To use DigiTunnel on a router, you’ll need:
1. Your VPN username and password (different from your DigiTunnel account login).
2. The server address for your preferred location.
3. Configuration files (if required).

DigiTunnel VPN is compatible with the following routers:
✔ DD-WRT Routers
✔ Tomato Routers
✔ AsusWRT (Merlin) Routers
✔ OpenWRT Routers
✔ GL.iNet Routers

Method 1: OpenVPN Configuration (Recommended for Most Routers)

1️⃣ Log in to Your Router

• Open a web browser and enter your router’s IP address (usually 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1).
• Enter your admin username and password (found on the router label).

2️⃣ Go to the VPN Section

• Navigate to VPN > OpenVPN Client or Services > VPN (depending on your router firmware).

3️⃣ Enter DigiTunnel VPN Details

• VPN Type: OpenVPN
• Server Address: (Get from DigiTunnel’s server list)
• Username & Password: (Get from DigiTunnel account)

4️⃣ Upload OpenVPN Configuration File

• Download the .ovpn configuration file from DigiTunnel’s website.
• Upload the file to your router and click Save & Apply.

5️⃣ Start the VPN Connection

• Click Enable OpenVPN or Start VPN.
• Once connected, your router will secure all network traffic via DigiTunnel VPN.

How to Check If the VPN is Working?

• Visit whatismyipaddress.com and check if your IP address has changed to the VPN location.

Method 2: WireGuard VPN Configuration (For Advanced Users)

1️⃣ Log in to Your Router and go to VPN > WireGuard.
2️⃣ Enter the WireGuard Details from your DigiTunnel account.
3️⃣ Paste the WireGuard Configuration provided by DigiTunnel.
4️⃣ Click Save & Apply, then enable the WireGuard VPN connection.

✔ Low latency, great for gaming & streaming
✔ More stable connections

Can’t Connect to DigiTunnel VPN?

• Check if your router is connected to the internet.
• Verify your VPN credentials.
• Restart the router and try again.

Internet Not Working After Enabling VPN?

• Enable "Use Default Gateway on Remote Network" in the VPN settings.
• Try switching VPN protocols (OpenVPN TCP/UDP or WireGuard).

VPN Disconnecting Frequently?

• Change to a closer VPN server.
• Ensure your router firmware is up to date.
