Billing

DigiTunnel processes payments through secure payment gateways for a smooth and safe transaction experience. You can pay using:

✔ Apple Pay (via Apple App Store)
✔ Google Pay (via Google Play Store)
✔ Credit & Debit Cards (Processed through App Store or Play Store)


Important:

  • All payments are processed securely through Apple or Google.
  • DigiTunnel does not store or handle payment details directly.


Since subscriptions are processed through Apple or Google, you can check your billing history via:

For iOS Users (Apple App Store):

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
  2. Tap Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  3. Select DigiTunnel VPN to view billing details.


For Android Users (Google Play Store):

  1. Open Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Menu > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  3. Select DigiTunnel VPN to view past payments.


  • All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default.
  • To cancel auto-renewal, go to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings and disable it.


Will I lose access if I cancel?

  • No, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.


DigiTunnel has a no-refund policy for all purchases, including VPN plans and Dedicated IP options.


Why No Refunds?

  • Once a subscription is activated, the service is instantly available and cannot be undone.
  • Apple and Google manage the payments, and refunds are subject to their policies.


If you experience technical issues, contact DigiTunnel Support, and we’ll assist you in troubleshooting the problem.


Since DigiTunnel does not process payments directly, payment details must be updated via your App Store or Play Store account.

For iOS Users:

  • Go to Settings > Apple ID > Payment & Shipping and update your payment method.

For Android Users:

  • Open Google Play Store > Menu > Payments & Subscriptions > Payment Methods and update your details.
